"To be fair transparent, I am giving 5 stars specifically for employee Erin. Not the establishment it's self. Erin was running the show solo today when I walked in around 2:30 pm. She single handedly kept the pickup window going, the chicken cooking on the grill and made every inside customer's order and rang them up too. Not only was Erin working all of these areas alone, she did it with an outstanding attitude and a smile on her face. She even remembered to wash her hands and change her gloves regularly. If you're not paying Erin the wages of three people, you should be. At the very least, get the girl some proper help. Thank you Erin, I wish you the best!"

"The story that gave me the idea for this review started because my order was botched. I called the customer service line through the app and all they could do because it was a call center somewhere else was offered me a refund on the part of my order that was not correct, or just was missing out of my bag. I went back up to the store just to reorder my food so I could get my meal, and replace the meal that was misplaced in my bag. I didn't ask for any of it, but they decided to just give me my entire order again, on the house. You do not get customer service like that anymore, and I think this Chipotle deserves that kind of credit. I was 100% ready to just reorder my food and pay for it no big deal I'm not one of those guys that loses their minds when my orders messed up. People make mistakes it happens all the time if more people would give Grace instead of disrespect the world might be a better place. They didn't have to give me that order but they did and I hope corporate reads this, because every single person that's working at the Chipotle between 5:00 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. on January 3rd deserves kudos. It's exactly what Humanity should be was what was represented today at that store"
